Bailarines o compañías de danza de todo el país pueden participar para ser invitados de MinCultura al Festival ‘Danza en la Ciudad’ en Bogotá o a la ‘Bienal de Danza Internacional’ de Cali, con traslados aéreos, hospedaje y alimentación incluidos
Este 15 de abril se lanzó la convocatoria ¡Celebra la Danza, Celebra tu Territorio! que busca incentivar a cualquier persona natural o jurídica o grupo constituido que estén interesados en contar la relación que existe entre el territorio, la danza, los jóvenes, el cuerpo y las tradiciones, a través del video, la fotografía y el ensayo.
“En este Ministerio entendemos que un importante aliado para la construcción de país es la danza; y es uno de nuestros mayores rasgos característicos, por eso invitamos para que todo el país se unan a esta convocatoria. La fecha de cierre es el próximo 22 de mayo y la publicación de los resultados será el 16 de julio”, estableció Carmen Vásquez Camacho, ministra de Cultura de Colombia.
La convocatoria para el 2019, como todos los años está dentro de la oferta de eventos ¡Celebra la danza, Celebra tu Territorio!, que se llevará a cabo en todos los diversos municipios del país. Cuenta además con jurados del Ministerio de Cultura, que hacen parte del equipo de Danza de la Dirección de Artes, y está también en la misma dirección, se busca conmemorar el Día Internacional de la Danza que será el próximo 29 de abril, tal y como lo estableció la UNESCO.
Las personas interesadas deberán inscribirse en el sitio web: www.celebraladanza.mincultura.gov.co y los requisitos para ser parte de la convocatoria son:
·No exceder los tiempos estipulados en los videos.
·Tener los permisos de las personas que participan en el video para uso de su imagen.
·Utilizar piezas musicales originales o cancelar los respectivos derechos de uso del material sonoro.
¿Y cuáles son los premios?
·Uno de los galardones será recibir una o dos invitaciones por categoría para asistir al Festival Danza en la Ciudad 2019 en Bogotá o a la Bienal Internacional de Danza de Cali, dependiendo la convocatoria y el proponente.
·Dentro de las invitaciones se contemplan traslados aéreos, hospedaje durante dos noches y alimentación durante tres días.
Categoría de video ¡Colombia, un país que baila!
Para 2019, el grupo de Danza del Ministerio de Cultura abrió una nueva convocatoria que busca premiar a las entidades, agrupaciones, compañías, investigadores, realizadores y personas en general que quieran a través de un video, “narrar los orígenes de uno de sus bailes tradicionales de su territorio”.
Muchas de nuestras danzas tienen como origen un oficio, una herramienta, una historia, un mito, un personaje, una realidad social, un saber, que se encuentra en la memoria de los sabedores, portadores y cultores de las tradiciones, quienes a su vez han preservado a través de las generaciones estas prácticas dancísticas, que son tan importantes para un territorio; por esto la invitación es a que se reconozca tanto a las prácticas como a sus portadores a través de un pequeño video.
Así va ¡Celebra la danza, Celebra tu Territorio! 2019
Hasta el momento se han inscrito más de 90 eventos en todo el país, entre los que se destacan las presentaciones en vivo de grupos y compañías de danza de 14 departamentos.
En las 10 ediciones anteriores el programa ‘Celebra la Danza’ ha logrado congregar a más de 200 mil bailarines y compañías en 3.772 eventos, en los 32 departamentos del país.
El objetivo de ‘¡Celebra la Danza, celebra tu territorio!’ es que todos los colombianos puedan sumarse a la celebración de uno de los artes vivos de mayor acogida en el país, a través de una oferta amplia de funciones en salas, clases abiertas, jornadas académicas, proyecciones y espectáculos en espacios públicos en todo el territorio nacional.
De las actividades registradas hasta el momento en la página del Ministerio de Cultura se pueden destacar, por ejemplo, el XXIV Festival Nacional e Internacional de Danza “Ciudad de la Luna” 2019 en Chía (Cundinamarca) o el Encuentro Nacional de Danza 2019 ‘Colombia le danza a Riosucio’ en Riosucio (Caldas). También el Festival de Sabana de Torres Celebra la Danza en Santander y presentaciones en Sibundoy (Putumayo), Barranquilla, (Atlántico), Chocontá (Cundinamarca), Villanueva-(Casanare) y Cicuco (Bolívar).
Con la ampliación del plazo, quienes quieran participar de ‘¡Celebra la Danza, celebra tu territorio!’, podrán seguir registrando sus eventos o actividades conmemorativas ingresando celebraladanza.mincultura.gov.co hasta el 17 de abril. En este mismo sitio la ciudadanía podrá conocer la agenda y programarse para participar.
Directores, coreógrafos, bailarines, gestores y creadores culturales podrán, además, cargar en esa misma página web videos testimoniales en los que expongan cómo la danza construye sus territorios. Con esos videos también podrán invitar a los colombianos a participar de la programación 2019 de ¡Celebra la Danza, celebra tu territorio!

Quinientos nuevos jóvenes se comprometieron con el espacio público de la ciudad como miembros de “Guardianes del Espacio Público”, el programa de la Defensoría del Espacio Público (DADEP) y el Instituto Distrital para la Protección de la Niñez y la Juventud (IDIPRON).
Así lo anunciaron Nadime Yaver directora de DADEP y Wilfredo Grajales director de IDIPRON. Además de anunciar la nueva cantidad de jóvenes que serán parte de este grupo, se anunció que todos portarán un nuevo uniforme.
“Este refuerzo al equipo de Guardianes obedece al fortalecimiento de las labores de control social que se desarrollan para preservar el espacio público de la ciudad, un espacio público con vías accesibles, zonas verdes limpias, parques sin invasiones para el disfrute y entretenimiento de los bogotanos”, aseguró la Defensora del Espacio Público, Nadime Yaver.
Por su parte, el Director del Idiprón manifestó: “Acompañar al Dadep es esta tarea de recuperar el espacio público es la mejor manera de contribuir con la cuidad y más aún con estos jóvenes que fueron indiferentes con Bogotá en su pasado. Hoy son reconocidos, respetados y hasta admirados por la ciudadanía. Gracias a este convenio, logramos darles la oportunidad que ellos reclamaban, de servicio, de organización y de entender la ciudad como su hogar”.
El convenio entre DADEP e IDIPRON comenzó con 57 integrantes, y viene operando y creciendo desde el 2016 con la participación de jóvenes en condición de vulnerabilidad y fragilidad social quienes adelantan labores relacionadas con la recuperación, revitalización, sostenibilidad y cultura ciudadana del espacio público en zonas priorizadas de acuerdo con el plan de desarrollo “Bogotá Mejor Para todos”.
En la Feria Internacional del Libro de Bogotá, MinCultura será protagonista de FILBo Cine con dos actividades, una dedicada al cine colombiano y otra en la que dará a conocer la nueva plataforma gratuita de cine latinoamericano, Retina Latina.
FILBo Cine es una de las novedades que trae la edición 32 de la Feria Internacional del Libro de Bogotá. Esta franja dedicada al séptimo arte será la oportunidad para que los asistentes a la feria conozcan y reflexionen sobre la relación del cine con la literatura. También podrán constatar el buen momento que pasa la industria cinematográfica colombiana y su visibilidad internacional.
Dentro de la agenda de FILBo Cine el Ministerio de Cultura desarrollará dos actividades que los amantes del cine no querrán perderse.
El 30 de abril, el conversatorio ‘Publicaciones al alcance de todos. Cine en línea’, a partir de las 5:00 p. m., en el salón Jorge Isaacs de Corferias. En esta sesión el Ministerio de Cultura socializará el Anuario Estadístico del CineColombiano que contiene las principales cifras y análisis del comportamiento de la cinematografía en Colombia, lo que convierte a esta investigación en un elemento fundamental para entender el ecosistema audiovisual del país.
En esa misma actividad se despejarán las dudas que tenga el público sobre la Beca de circulación de Investigaciones y Producción Editorial en Cine y Audiovisual Colombiano, que será incluida en el portafolio de la segunda fase del Programa Nacional de Estímulos 2019.
El 2 de mayo, en el espacio FILBO Cine, a partir de las 4:00 p. m., se realizará el conversatorio ‘Celebra el cine latino con Retina’, espacio donde se hablará sobre Retina Latina, plataforma para ver cine colombiano y latinoamericano que durante el 2019 celebra su tercer año conectando a las audiencias con el cine de la región.
La plataforma cobra importancia en una época donde las tecnologías digitales han transformado los hábitos de consumo del audiovisual. Retina Latina se convierte en una alternativa en Internet para acceder de forma gratis y legal a un panorama audiovisual de diversas épocas y temáticas, así como a la producción de nuevos creadores y cineastas consagrados.
Escenarios MinCultura en la FILBo
No se pierda la programación del ministerio en la FILBo 2019, que incluye, además, presentación de novedades bibliográficas, encuentros académicos y talleres para todos los públicos.
El Ministerio de Cultura estará ubicado este año en el estand 10 del segundo piso del pabellón 6 de Corferias. El Instituto Caro y Cuervo por su parte presentará sus publicaciones en el estand 533, en el primer piso del pabellón 3, y el Instituto Colombiano de Antropología e Historia (Icanh) tendrá también un estand en la Feria Internacional del Libro de Bogotá, ubicado en el 2 piso del mismo pabellón.
Además, la programación del Ministerio de Cultura se desarrollará en la Bebeteca, en el pabellón del país invitado Colombia, 200 años y el salón Manuel Zapata Olivella, entre otros.
1.359 tortugas de la especie Chelus fimbriatus que iban a ser transportadas ilegalmente desde Bogotá hasta Leticia.
Las tortugas, comúnmente llamadas ‘mata mata’, se encontraban camufladas en bolsas plásticas al interior de 3 cajas de cartón sin los respectivos permisos que validaran su legalidad y movilización desde la capital hasta el Amazonas.
Las condiciones de embalaje de los animales eran precarias, la falta de oxígeno, hacinamiento y bajas temperaturas hicieron que 28 de estos reptiles perdieran la vida, las otras se encuentran en mal estado de salud.
La Gobernación de Cundinamarca abrió convocatoria para elección de representantes del Comité de libertad religiosa de cultos y conciencia en el departamento, de acuerdo con lo establecido por el Decreto 066 del 27 de febrero de 2019.
Con lo anterior, la entidad territorial cumple con la normatividad y funcionamiento del Comité, además de invitar a los 116 municipios a que deleguen sus representantes a la elección participativa del Comité Departamental.
Así, las entidades y organizaciones del sector religioso a ser seleccionadas serán:
- Un representante de cada federación religiosa, legalmente reconocida y con presencia en el Departamento
- Un representante de cada confederación religiosa. Legalmente reconocida y con presencia en el Departamento.
- Un representante de cada una de las confesiones religiosas e iglesias reconocidas por el Estado que no se encuentren integradas en ninguna organización, asociación, federación o confederación que tenga presencia en el Departamento.
- Un representante de cada una de las asociaciones, federaciones que tengan presencia en el departamento
- Un representante de cada una de las organizaciones de inspiración religiosa reconocidas por el Estado, que tengan presencia en el departamento y/o con trabajo social en el Departamento.
Asimismo, la Gobernación de Cundinamarca convoca a las Entidades Religiosa (ER), Organizaciones Basadas en la Fe(OBF), Federaciones Confederaciones, Comités de Libertad Religiosa existentes de los 116 Municipios que integran el Departamento, a que elijan por municipio conforme a los sectores descritos a continuación:
Requisitos:
- Ser miembro de Entidades Religiosa, Organizaciones Basadas en la Fe, Federaciones y Confederaciones que compone el Sector Religioso, Comités de Libertad Religiosa Municipales y mesas técnicas en el tema religioso.
- Contar con personería jurídica de la entidad religiosa a la que representa.
- El representante debe ser mayor de edad
- El representante debe ser residente en el municipio por un periodo de tiempo mínimo de un año.
Los interesados deberán allegar a la Dirección de Convivencia Justicia y Derechos Humanos, en la Torre Central de la Gobernación de Cundinamarca, los siguientes documentos: carta de delegación por parte de la Entidad ER u OBF del representante, copia de Personería Jurídica y/o documento de constitución, fotocopia de la cedula de ciudadanía y certificado de residencia. El plazo máximo para la entrega de documentos es el día 30 de abril de 2019.
La Secretaría de Prensa de la Gobernación de Cundinamarca publicará el listado de representantes de cada uno de los municipios y posteriormente su par de Gobierno convocará a reunión para elegir, por votación participativa, a sus representantes.
La UNESCO trabajará con las autoridades francesas en la salvaguarda y rehabilitación de este monumento.
Un equipo de emergencia de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura, realizará una evaluación rápida de los daños causados por el incendio en Notre Dame tan pronto como sea posible, anunció la directora general de la UNESCO, quien acudió junto con las autoridades francesas al lugar en cuanto se divulgó la noticia del siniestro.

“Notre Dame representa un patrimonio universal excepcional: histórico, arquitectónico, espiritual, un monumento también del patrimonio literario y un lugar único en el imaginario colectivo. Notre Dame de París forma parte del sitio Paris, orillas del Sena, inscrito en la Lista del Patrimonio Mundial desde 1991, que incluye las Islas de la Cité y Saint Louis, así como puentes, muelles y orillas del Sena (entre el puente de Sully y el puente de Iéna).
La catedral es considerada el más bello ejemplo de la arquitectura gótica francesa, con un uso innovador de la bóveda de crucería y de los contrafuertes de los rosetones de vidrio tintado y de la decoración escultórica. La construcción de la iglesia comenzó en 1160 y continuó durante un siglo.
Como organismo protector de los símbolos, monumentos y manifestaciones culturales mundiales, la UNESCO, con sede en París, expresó desde un primer momento su disposición y presteza para apoyar a Francia en los trabajos para rescatar, salvaguardar y rehabilitar ese patrimonio inestimable.
La directora del Centro del Patrimonio Mundial de la UNESCO, Mechtild Rossler, señaló que los expertos del primer equipo de esa agencia que accederá al sitio analizarán los daños y evaluará lo que se puede preservar, además de estudiar las posibles medidas a corto y mediano plazo. Esta labor se llevará a cabo de manera conjunta con las autoridades competentes nacionales y eclesiásticas.
