- 1)Leer un cuento, o inventarse un cuento y memorizarlo totalmente, aprenderse la lista de invitados, los nombres de alumnos de clase, es decir tratar de memorizar todo. Siempre empiece por poco, aumentando cada vez más a las listas.
- 2) Repase de forma espaciada: Según este estudio debe repasar esta información 24 horas después para bajar los escapes de información en un 70%. Luego una semana después para reducir el índice hasta el 50% y finalmente un mes después para llegar al 10%.
