Los médicos recomiendan para una buena salud del corazón, algunas cosas básicas que se deben tener en cuenta:
- Controlar los niveles de colesterol.
- Reducir los niveles de azúcar.
- Tener una dieta balanceada, con bajo consumo de grasa saturada.
- balancear el consumo de sal y del azúcar.
- hacer ejercicio diario.
- Evitar el consumo excesivo del licor y restringir totalmente los cigarrillos.
