También puede pasar que la irritabilidad haga un desgaste de energía innecesario, y esto puede inducir a comer mucho, o a no comer nada, por lo tanto, el estómago va a tener un desequilibrio, y si la persona se acuesta con un estómago lleno, puede ser que se dificulte la buena digestión y esta situación produzca insomnio, por la sensación de pesadez.
Podemos decir que toda acción negativa de la mente trae cierto efecto negativo en la función de los distintos órganos del cuerpo, causando dificultad para conciliar el sueño, como el fácil despertar, sueños múltiples y perturbadores, ansiedad, mala memoria, palpitaciones, propensión a los sustos y sobresaltos, mareos, cansancio general, cara pálida y sin brillo, labios pálidos; lengua pálida y delgada, ligeramente seca; pulso filiforme y débil.
En conclusión, una buena disposición para tener muy buen sueño, es recomendable, primero que todo aprender a tener autocontrol en sus emociones, evitar los pensamientos negativos, evitar los conflictos y los estados de ira. Comer poco al acostarse y hacer lecturas productivas, ejercicio sano y practicar una meditación.
