Los practicantes de Falun Dafa realizaron una manifestación pacífica en el centro de la ciudad de Hamilton, Nueva Zelanda, el 27 de julio para dar a conocer la persecución que esta práctica pacífica de cultivación de mente y cuerpo está padeciendo en China desde hace 19 años. Desde 1999, los practicantes en China han sido arrestados, detenidos y sentenciados sin el debido proceso. Muchos han sido sometidos a torturas, abusos psiquiátricos y lavado de cerebro, e incluso han sido asesinados y sus órganos se han extraído para realizar cirugías de trasplante.
Megan Hooper, residente de Hamilton, observó la recreación de la tortura atentamente. Comentó: “Sé que China hizo algunas cosas dudosas, pero nunca he sabido que la meditación sea un crimen en China. Yo creo en la libertad de religión. Las personas deberían poder practicar lo que quieran, siempre y cuando no perjudique a los demás… el gobierno está perjudicando a los demás, lo que no es justo”.
“China está obteniendo órganos de ciudadanos que han sido asesinados. Esto es un abuso de los derechos humanos. El gobierno de Nueva Zelanda debería estar haciendo cosas contra este tipo de crímene”.(Tomado de Minghui.org)
